CHP: 2-day Traditional Ice Fishing camp

Space is limited. Registration Required.

Open to all 14+ First Nations, Inuit, and Métis men, Two-Spirit, and non-binary people, from across the Wood Buffalo region. 

Join Elder Jimmy Allen and Knowledge Keepers on the land to set ice-fishing nets, harvest fish, and share stories.

Take part in pulling the nets and learning traditional filleting and preserving skills. The catch will be shared among participants and communities.
