Indigenous Leadership and Management programs at Banff Centre provide leaders an opportunity to gain a better understanding of how to establish a strategic direction for their communities and organizations, implement that plan through focused effort, and measure performance.

The Canadian Forces Aboriginal Entry Program (CFAEP) offers a special three-week program for Indigenous peoples who are considering a career in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). During the program, you will get hands-on experience with military training, careers and lifestyle with no obligation to join the CAF after completing the three weeks.

The Manager in Training (MIT) Program provides Associates with a working knowledge of the disciplines required to be a successful leader in the ESS camp accommodation and culinary operations.

This program offers internationally trained immigrants and refugees the opportunity to connect with mentors who will help them develop networking strategies, improve their understanding of Canadian work culture, and better prepare for work in the Wood Buffalo region.
