Cultural Project Coordinator
Under the supervision of the Director of Employment and Training, the Cultural Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing ceremonies and cultural gatherings within the Ceremonial Helpers Program to develop the next generation of Knowledge Keepers.
Director, Employment & Training
The Director of Employment and Training is responsible for developing partnerships to create training and work experience projects that lead to employment for First Nations, Métis, and Inuit. These partnerships will help clients and members gain the necessary skills and work experience to obtain and maintain long-term employment. The objectives of ATC’s Employment and Training Department are to:
Support First Nations, Métis, and Inuit clients and members in obtaining and maintaining long- term, sustainable employment.
Create workplace training opportunities in occupations that are in demand in the labour market.
Support the development of partnerships between First Nations, industry, educational institutions, and government.
Employment and Training Coordinator
Reporting to the Director of Employment and Training this position will be responsible for supporting employment services delivery and training for employment projects and programs for urban clients. The position will assess unemployed, underemployed or employment threatened client needs and challenges through career/employment path plan.
