Members will be assisted with completing applications for their long-form birth certificate, Alberta ID, and Alberta Health Card, which are required for the Indian Status Clinic in May 2026 that will be delivered in partnership with the First Nations Health Consortium.
Members will also connect with transportation support and financial assistance for specific ID requests.
